Well I only received responses from 5 members on the
Red Wing game. With a poor response we will not be doing the Red Wing
game on Dec 17th as a FOP 102 event. If you still want to go and get the
same price on tickets here is the website
https://www.formspring.com/forms/?714204-S1whlNKunt
Again sorry for those 5 of you that sent me back a message.

There was talk about doing a red wing game just like
the tiger game. I have contacted the red wings a few times but have not
got any answers. Anyways i just noticed on the state FOP website that
there is a Law enforcement appreciation game on Dec 17th. Here is the
information from the website:
In conjunction with the Detroit Red Wings, FOP/Law
Enforcement is pleased to extend a special ticket savings to you for the
December 3rd at 7:00pm as the Wings take on the Edmonton Oilers and/or
December 17th as the Wings take on the Tampa Bay Lighting at 7:30pm!
Tickets for this event include 1 ticket to the game, a Red Wings T-Shirt
and 1 ticket to the Great Lakes Invitational. Tickets are located in the
upper level of the arena. This exclusive offer is only available to
FOP/Law Enforcement members, their families and friends. Tickets are
only $25.00!
I am looking at the Dec 17th Game as a FOP 102
event. Each person would be responsible for their own ticket, but we
would meet at Fishbones and ride the bus down again. ( there would be a
small fee for the bus this time probably 5 bucks or so) If there is
enough response then I will be sending out the website and everyone can
go on there and purchase your own ticket.
If you are interested in this let me know and I can try and set
something up. Just trying to see how many people are interested. Let me
know ASAP. Thanks Joe Adams Secretary Lodge 102

Brothers and Sisters,
I am reporting to you from sunny( but a little chilly) Long Beach
California. There has been alot going on this week for this conf.
California has been great hosts. There were 2636 delegates at the conf.
The vote was held today. I will write alot more when i get back home,
but i wanted everyone to know the results. National Vice President Dave
Hiller was advised when we arrived that the State President of Kentucky
Martin Scott was running against him. With the hard work done by the 44
delegates and their spouses from MI, I am happy to report that Dave is
still the National vice President winning 1910 to 726. Dave thanks the
whole state and especially our lodge for all the hard work it took to
make this happen. Also Pat Yoes won the National Secretary and the Conf
site for 2013 will be held in Cincinnati Oh. As mentioned before i will
have more to report when i get back.
